SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Graduate in Commerce or Finance
- Working knowledge of global financial markets including Equities, Mutual Funds, and Fixed Income.
- Good understanding of market regulations both locally and internationally.
- Awareness of Sharia concepts
- Fluent in both Arabic and English
Responsibilities:
- Attend to customer calls and address all queries with regards to digital wealth journey and online trading.
- Track and respond to client service requests received directly and from call center.
- Working closely with projects team and IT to enhance the system through periodic testing and feedbacks.
- Working closely with relationship managers to support their clients and educate on bank offerings.
- Execute exceptional orders on dealer platform.
- Liaise with various teams and assist in following up and resolving issues with systems and postings.
