Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a digital workplace engineer and reporting to the digital workplace manager, you will help design, build and run the future of collaboration and productivity tools in our workplace, hands on helping the business get the most out of the solutions the technology team provide. Working as a trusted business partner, you will proactively identify solutions that enable productivity gains and positive business outcomes, while y our passion and commitment to the end user experience will enable us to grow as one team. We will provide training on the more technical aspects of the role, and you will bring your enthusiasm and passion for helping people work efficiently and collaboratively. A few of your main responsibilities will be to:

  • Provide expert support for collaboration and productivity tools and user devices on an ongoing basis;
  • Assist with onboarding new users with their technology;
  • Maintain and support desktop hardware and software;
  • Manage and support printers;
  • Effectively manage technology spaces (eg Teams and Zoom rooms); andMinimising business downtime by ensuring system resilience, providing helpdesk support when needed and proactively identifying areas for improvement.
