As a Windows and Citrix Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Windows and Citrix infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, implementing, and maintaining Windows and Citrix environments.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:

• Design, deploy, and manage Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops environments in accordance with best practices and our organization’s requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Citrix infrastructure, applications, and user connectivity.
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and related technologies.
• Assist in the development and execution of disaster recovery and business continuity plans for Citrix environments.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures and implement appropriate security measures.
• Document system configurations, processes, and procedures for reference & compliance purposes

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE:

• Experience in Infrastructure engineering in Windows OSD and expertise in deploying and managing Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops
• Experience with Citrix Cloud, including management and migration of Citrix workloads. Hands-on experience in creating PowerShell or similar scripting.
• Deep understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP services. Understanding of public and hybrid cloud architecture
• Familiarity with networking principles, protocols, and technologies. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within cross-functional teams. Ability to work and lead (a cross-functional team) in a matrix.
