Description:
EXPERIENCE MEETS CHANGE
- Lead HRIS implementation of Success Factors, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor progress and address issues.
- Drive adoption of digital tools among HR staff and employees through training and support.
- Identify and implement HR process automation opportunities for increased efficiency.
- Create HR dashboards and serve as a strategic partner to HR leadership, providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making and drive business results.
- Lead and mentor a team member dedicated to supporting digitalization initiatives within the HR department.
- Maintenance and administration of our existing HR system rexx and future HRIS Success Factors
