Requirements:

Kingsway Community is currently seeking a Dining Services Manager

• Associate’s or higher degree in Culinary Arts
• Previous healthcare experiences a must
• Maintaining the high standards of our resident dining experience
• Lead the dining staff to ensure regulatory compliance
• Therapeutic menu and recipe development
• Must be comfortable engaging with residents and staff regularly to promote communication
• Staff management includes hiring, training, motivation, scheduling, and performance evaluations
• Meets with residents/families and receptive to meal suggestions, ideas etc
• Develops budgets and maintains cost parameters
• Minimum 5 years food service and staff management experience
