Global bank looking for a Direct Investor Service Officer for their Asset Management Client Servicing

Responsibilities:

YOUR NEW ROLE

The Direct Investor Service Officer is part of Client Coverage Australia and serves as a primary point of contact for Direct Investors around investing in various funds.

  • Handling of inbound and outbound calls and emails
  • Support investors with completing new applications or trading forms (e.g. subscription/redemption) and ensure completeness
  • Respond to ad hoc client issues, queries and complaints in a timely manner
  • Identify and recommend methods to reduce risks, increase controls and assure quality
  • Identify opportunities to develop new procedures and controls to create more efficient processes
  • Be a contact point and manage relationship with Service Provider and Vendor
  • Handling of requests/escalations according to the Service Level Agreement with the Service Provider
