JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our Nordics Team and take over the responsibility for the sales retention in our Danish, Finnish and Norwegian market as our new Direct Marketing Manager (all genders).
In close cooperation with internal stakeholders (such as our Campaign, Co-Marketing or Vendor Management team) you will drive our success in the Nordics markets.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent knowledge of Danish and English
  • First experience in Direct Marketing, preferably in e-commerce
  • Very good communication skills, self-organization and the ability to prioritize tasks
  • A strong quality consciousness, clear focus on results and implementation skills
  • Hands-on and ‘getting things done’ mentality

Responsibilities:

  • Local planning, implementation, and evaluation of newsletters in cooperation with campaign team
  • Monitoring of relevant metrics to ensure increased incoming traffic volumes, sales growth, and customer retention in line with the company strategy and priorities
  • Implementation of centrally planned newsletters
  • Management and development of manual and automated newsletters
  • Implementation of supplier financed activities incl. own brands activities
  • Continuous learning and development of direct marketing activities through A/B tests and knowledge sharing
  • Ongoing optimization of automated newsletters incl. feedback to central departments concerning central concepts
  • Applying customer segmentation for targeted activities
  • Push notification set-up and evaluation
  • Execution, evaluation, optimization of local print campaigns incl. customer segmentation and coordination with print house / postal service
