Responsibilities:
YOUR ROLE
The Direct Marketing Manager is responsible for Australian Military Bank’s one-to-one communication with our members to drive growth, member experience and retention. They are also responsible for supporting lead management across distribution channels, integrated with our one-to-one email communications.
Working closely with the broader Product and Marketing team, the Direct Marketing Manager will support the go-to-market strategy to ensure an integrated approach to our marketing activities.
To be successful in the role you will demonstrate the below key attributes and experience:
- Advanced communications skills
- Experience executing emails including tagging for results tracking
- GA4 experience
- An interest in customer experience
- Advance skills with Microsoft office suite
- Experience in Agile delivery methodology
- Experience with leveraging a CRM for member interactions
- High attention to detail
- Highly organised
- Self-motivated
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
- Website CMS platform experienc
