QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years in forecasting, with at least 1 year of experience specifically supporting D2C
  • Experience in consumer products required, fast-moving, multi-channel business
  • Experience planning witha highly promotional environment
  • Advanced Excel & analytical skills required, DemandWorks + NetSuite experience a plus
  • Strong business judgment, planning and allocation skills
  • Experience with multi-level item planning a plus planning at the component finished good, and assembly levels
  • Be able to thoughtfully analyze large amounts of data and identify key opportunities and next steps
  • Highly self-motivated individual with a solid attention to detail
  • Our environment is extremely fast paced. This individual will need to be able to juggle responsibilities in an ever-changing environment

Responsibilities:

  • Creation and maintenance of detailed forecasts for Beekman 1802’s ecommerce and Amazon channels
  • Support maintenance of forecast accuracy by using historical trends, secondary data, input from business partners and statistical forecasting methods to create a quality forecast
  • Support in the development of sales plans for individual promotions and events and track actual sales to plan during and after those timeframes. Document learnings and apply those learnings to future sales plans.
  • Maintain a full financial plan for the ecommerce and Amazon channels inclusive of sales, discounts, returns, and shipping revenue.
  • Prepare and support weekly collaboration meetings with digital leadership team to align demand and ensure successful executions of various programs
  • Alongside other demand planners, provide analysis to help develop buying and purchasing plans to meet strategic and financial objectives
  • Analyze actual performance to the forecast and initiate appropriate corrective actions
  • Responsible for various administrative and reporting functions within the Forecasting department
  • Provide Ad Hoc analytical support to Senior Management for business decision making
