WAREHOUSE MANAGER

Salary: 130K-140K/ Yearly | Mississauga, ON
My client in the warehousing industry is seeking a warehouse manager to join their team! Please Note: Direct Placement Opportunity

TOP MUST HAVE SKILLS:

• 6+ years of warehouse management experience
• Experience managing a unionized environment
• Managing warehouse of at least 100 people (can be over different shifts)
• Continuous improvement experience

• Will be involved in delegation of tasks, training, coaching, and directing corrective action to resolve day-to-day operational issues.
• Planning on how to best run the day to days of the warehouse.
• Work on was to increase productivity and bring new processes and SOP’s.
• Set goals for them and their team and how they will hit those goals.
• Deal with the issues that come up internally with the warehouse staff. If there is any health and safety concerns they will be working through them to ensure the process is completed correctly.
