O2 Commerce est à la recherche d’un.e Directeur.rice Marketing pour rejoindre son équipe !
Sous la supervision du Vice-président développement des affaires, marketing et des partenariats, le.la Directeur.rice Marketing sera responsable de la création et de la mise en œuvre de la stratégie marketing globale d’O2 Commerce. Il/Elle est chargé(e) d’établir la direction marketing, l’exécution et la projection de l’image de marque. De plus, il/elle soutiendra les stratégies de go-to-market, le développement des artefacts marketing et le développement de campagnes de génération de leads.
La consolidation d’un pipeline solide et d’une image de marque forte demeure fondamentale, mais notre priorité actuelle vise à augmenter nos parts de marché. En adoptant une stratégie de leadership, nous sommes convaincus que O2 peut atteindre ses objectifs de croissance et consolider sa position. C’est dans ce contexte que le.la directeur.rice Marketing jouera un rôle clé dans le développement et la mise en œuvre de stratégies innovantes pour atteindre nos objectifs ambitieux.
Le.la Directeur.rice Marketing dirigera l’équipe marketing et favorisera une étroite collaboration avec les équipes de développement des affaires, de services conseil et des ressources humaines afin d’atteindre tous les objectifs stratégiques. Son leadership et sa capacité à établir des partenariats interfonctionnels seront essentiels pour garantir la cohésion et l’efficacité des efforts marketing.

O2 Commerce is an established commerce agency, specialized in designing, building and growing integrated, flexible and innovative e-commerce solutions for B2B, D2C and B2C.
We are currently seeking a Marketing Director to join our team! Reporting to the VP of Business Development, Marketing & Partnerships, the Marketing Director is responsible for creating and implementing the overall marketing strategy for O2 Commerce. He/She is responsible for establishing marketing direction and execution and projection of brand image. Moreover, they will support go to market strategies, development of marketing artifacts, and development of lead generation campaigns.
While building a strong pipeline and brand are crucial, our immediate focus must be on expanding market reach and penetration. By prioritizing market awareness, we can effectively implement our vision for growth and consolidate O2 Commerce’s position in targeted markets. It is in this context that the Marketing Director will play a key role in the collaboration and development of innovative strategies through their execution will support us to achieve our ambitious goals.
The Marketing Director will lead the marketing team and foster close collaboration with the Business Development, Consulting Services, and Human Resources teams to achieve cross sectional objectives. Their leadership and ability to build cross-functional partnerships will be crucial in ensuring the cohesion and effectiveness of marketing efforts.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS SOUGHT:

  • Over 7 years of demonstrated experience in a marketing leadership role, brand management, multi channel market development or relevant experience in e-commerce, (agency experience is a plus).
  • Experience with G2M strategies, working with 3rd party consultants, and have the ability to evaluate initiatives, and be autonomous in their ability to recommend pivoting as required.
  • Proven experience in inbound marketing, content marketing, co-marketing and project development strategies.
  • Experience with creative expression of the message, brand management and policy development.
  • Experience in managing inbound marketing campaigns, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and/or display advertising. (Experience in partnership marketing is a plus)
  • Experience in using data analysis and marketing tools to achieve objectives (LinkedIn Campaigns, Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Pipedrive, and more).
  • Leadership, team management experience.
  • Knowledge of the world of technology, web, e-commerce, and martech.
  • Consistent demonstration of strong communication and strategic thinking.
  • Bilingualism (English/French) in writing and speaking is required as you will need to address markets in both languages.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a cohesive marketing and engagement plan that creates alignment across all channels.
  • Collaborate with the sales and strategic consulting team to increase revenue, brand awareness, and conversions.
  • Define budget allocation and measure return on investment.
  • Conduct market research and competitive intelligence to develop profitability analyses for future investments that focus efforts on the right customers and partners.
  • Develop the skills and competencies of direct reports, and regular knowledge transfer of marketing concepts to the team as a whole.
  • Support in the formatting and artifact creation to support requests for proposals (RFPs), and proactive business proposals
  • Lead and drive marketing initiatives to generate qualified pipeline and new sales leads.
