En tant que Directeur(trice) Commercial(e), vous dirigerez toutes les activités commerciales d’une ou plusieurs marques et de développement de l’entreprise. Vous serez responsable de la définition et de l’implémentation de la stratégie commerciale afin d’atteindre les objectifs de vente et de rentabilité. Votre expertise contribuera à renforcer notre position sur le marché.

QUALIFICATIONS:



    • Education: Advanced degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

    • Experience: At least 7 years of experience in a commercial leadership position, ideally in the dermo-cosmetic or health/beauty products sector.
    • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure.
    • Proven leadership and team management skills.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
    • Languages: Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
