The Director of Analytics, Data, and AI Business will lead the design, implementation, training, and monitoring of Data, Analytics, Reporting, AI, and Business Intelligence models across the organization. This role ensures that data and insights are effectively transitioned from ideation to delivery across all regions and business functions.
The role will integrate existing and new business processes with Analytics, Data, and AI models to enhance cohesion and produce valuable business outcomes. It will facilitate the prioritization of data, analytics, and AI objectives, providing clear visibility into how and when these can be achieved.
The Director will establish processes that support all Analytics, Data, and AI services, creating clear pathways for end-users to access services, support, ideation, or consultation.
A strong background in business management within Data and Analytics is essential, with experience in designing processes that streamline finance, HR, technology, and business/customer operations. The ability to identify and implement process efficiencies is crucial.
Key Responsibilities:

Process Management:

  • Design, build, embed, and monitor business processes that enable seamless interaction with Analytics, Data, and AI services.
  • Ensure simple and successful interfaces across multiple global business functions.

Business Management:

  • Manage the interface between business strategies with robust prioritization and tracking processes.
  • Provide clear blueprints for articulating value from data and analytics initiatives.

Financial Management:

  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial contract structuring.
  • Identify opportunities for financial and operational efficiencies within defined budgets.

People & Resource Management:

  • Manage resource allocation, employment contracts, and supply-demand balance.
  • Standardize processes and interfaces with internal resource functions.

Essential Skills

  • 10+ years in a Data and Analytics or Technology function.
  • Proven experience in business management at significant scale (managing departments of 50+ people).
  • Demonstrated active involvement in the implementation and improvement of relevant quality procedures.
  • Experience in Vendor management
  • Experience in building operating models and business interface models in large organizations.
  • Strong focus on operational details and process efficiency.
