Description:

The Account Director role is for managing hunting and farming business in the IT Services industry in Singapore. As a Account Director the person is responsible for identifying new opportunities, build and nurture relationships with client organization, expand new business within the account, also being the central point of contact, facilitating communication and coordination.

The Account Director will manage the following activities

  • New Business Development activities
  • Clearly formulate a plan and strategy for penetrating into the assigned accounts & territory.
  • Clearly understand the client’s business & IT priorities and accordingly position Aspires offerings to clients stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate strategic thinking by understanding the client’s technology agenda and work with internal teams such as pre-sales, Competency and Business units to propose most suitable solutions for customers.
  • Manage the relationship map including identifying the key decision makers, influencers, regular touch points within the client organization.
  • Constantly work towards building and increase the sales pipeline and effectively manage the sales funnel.
  • Complete understanding of the clients buying and procurement processes, Vendor related processes and ensure compliance.
  • Regularly disseminate client engagement related information to the internal teams supporting and servicing the account.
  • Oversight of existing engagements and drive the client engagement review discussions periodically.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction index.
  • Sales Process
  • Meet the assigned Sales target by active hunting of new opportunities..
  • Completely own the sales process end to end right from identifying the opportunity, until closure and fulfilment.
  • Ensure regular communication and meetings with client stakeholders and involve Aspires stakeholders as and when required.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting of revenue and also take necessary steps to ensure the assigned targets are met consistently.
  • Ensure compliance to the CRM process.
  • Ensure compliance to internal reporting process.
