EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree and some recognized formal University or Association marketing training.
  • 10 Years of Progressive Sales/Business experience.
  • Industry experience is an asset but not a requirement.

Responsibilities:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

To enable the Gates Canada, Brantford Operations meet its business plan objectives through the effective management of Regional teams and executing commercial strategies. Responsible for communication with field management at key distribution and the management of the business planning process with top accounts. To obtain growth and consistently increasing market share within the assigned Region are essential duties. Develop and recruit top talent and build a high performing team of sales professionals.
