Description:

Preferred Location: Remote Des Moines, Iowa, will consider candidates from other areas who possess extraordinary business development experience in substance use disorder/behavioral health.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Vision: Develop and execute business development strategies to expand our reach, increase referrals, and foster community engagement.
  • Formulate sales plan to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, resulting in meeting or exceeding established targets for patient admissions and revenue growth
  • Work closely with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that align with business development goals.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
  • Relationship Building: Forge strong partnerships with local organizations, healthcare providers, and community leaders. You’ll be the face of our centers! Partner with internal team members to build and create a culture of caring, innovation and change!
  • Educate team members and referral sources about company services related to industry changes, specific clinical programs and capabilities, clinical outcomes and appropriate patient referrals/admissions.
  • Represent the centers at industry conferences, networking events, and community outreach programs.
  • Cultivate and maintain long term relationships with clients by delivering elite client service and engaging them by using knowledge of each industry and organization
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure a thorough understanding of our programs and services.
  • Recruit, train, and manage ongoing performance of Outreach/Business Development Coordinators to ensure territory growth maintains pace with company performance objectives.
  • Coach team members on achieving goals and developing necessary skills that get results.
  • Growth Catalyst: Drive admissions, revenue, and program development. Your creativity and drive will shape our success story.
  • Create KPI’s, track data and analyze to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Manage key deliverables. Prepare and deliver executive presentations to senior leadership teams within Company and at external partners.
  • Advocate: Advocate for addiction awareness, reduce stigma, and promote access to quality care.
