Description:

YOUR MISSION

As the Director Business Development at the Start2 Group, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with the executive team to develop and execute a comprehensive business development plan that aligns with our company objectives and targets both existing and new markets. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the European Business Development team for the development of new business models.
  • Researching and identifying potential clients, markets, and industries for expansion.
  • Development and marketing of new business models together with the marketing team.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospects, clients, and partners.
  • Developing and presenting compelling proposals and presentations to potential customers.
  • Negotiating contracts and agreements to secure new business opportunities.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects, programs and initiatives.
  • Monitoring trends and competitive activities to identify new opportunities and potential threats.
  • Analyzing sales and market data to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Representing the company at events and conferences.
  • Interface to the Directors Business Development in Asia and the US.
