MEET OUR TEAM:
The Business Excellence team is a global team responsible for ensuring that our customers maximize the business benefits that they get from using our AI powered 1:1 Customer Engagement solution. We are uniquely placed to work with Pega’s most innovative customers all over the world, expected to quickly become a trusted advisor, and then ensure that they are successful. We are also expected to understand and define best practice, becoming recognized thought leaders, and work with internal and external SMEs to extract domain knowledge and ensure that it is distributed through the Pega, Partner, and Customer ecosystems. Each team member is expected to demonstrate leadership, to manage the delivery of their objectives, fostering collaboration to drive customer success.
Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with business and IT leaders at the world’s most innovative organizations, helping them achieve alignment with their business objectives and drive their transformation initiatives
- Synthesize best practices that enable our value proposition, work out how to effectively articulate the benefits it drives, and develop a brand as a thought leader across the wider ecosystem
- Become a trusted advisor to customer organizations to help them shape their technology, organizational structures, governance, and processes to align with best practice, provide a path to get to the target state
- Work directly with our sales teams to help them shape the transformation vision and sell the benefits to our clients
- Work closely with product management, as well as directly with consulting, and customers to influence product direction, roadmaps and roll out
