We’re seeking a future team member in the role of Director, Business Process Reengineering Manager to join our Business Process Reengineering team. This role is located in Pittsburgh - Hybrid.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT IN THE FOLLOWING WAYS:

Manages teams of Business Process Re-engineering professionals and managers. In addition to resource management, there is a strong involvement in developing new as well as existing business.
Establishes the strategic approach for business process engineering within assigned area based on broad functional goals.
Guides staff in strategies for building adoption and utilization of re-engineering initiatives.
Responsible for ensuring that all work conducted by subordinate team aligns to necessary regulatory requirements.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, WE’RE SEEKING THE FOLLOWING:

Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
Advanced/graduate degree preferred.
10-15 years of total work experience with at least 3-5 years in management preferred.
Experience in securities, financial products and/or the finance industry preferred.
Six Sigma Master Black Belt and PMP certification preferred.
