Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL DO AT JAMF:

The Director, Channel & Alliances EMEIA is a leadership role within the channel sales organization, responsible for driving partner success and sales in EMEIA (Europe, Middle East, India, Africa) and for improving Jamf’s reach into new and existing markets via partners.
This leader is responsible for developing and implementing EMEIA partner strategies, designing channel programs that enable Jamf to establish substantive growth markets aligned with Jamf’s strategic partner ecosystem. The role will provide effective, ethical and focused leadership to the channel sales organization and will foster a culture of success based on respect for customers, employees and Jamf’s values.
This role will be based in the Netherlands or in the UK. We are only able to accept applications for those based in the Netherlands or the UK or have sponsorship to live and work in the Netherlands or the UK.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO DO IN THIS ROLE:

  • Develop and execute Jamf’s channel and alliance strategies for EMEIA in alignment with Jamf’s business objectives, EMEIA sales objectives and global channel and alliance strategies.
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic planning and execution of co-selling with channel partners (resellers, distributors, global systems integrators, carriers) and our alliance partners (e.g. Apple, AWS)
  • Expand market adoption of Jamf solutions through business development activities with our vertical / industry specific solutions partners.
  • Evolve scalable programs, processes and structures as both Jamf and our partners grow, to ensure that they are generating the right outcomes for Jamf, our partners and our customers.
  • Cultivate executive relationships with alliance, channel and solution partners. Optimize and drive partner performance through business reviews, identifying additional business opportunities to expand revenue and deploying a joint sales and marketing approach.
  • Lead enablement and go to market plans with focus partners within the region. Coordinate the development and execution of sales and technical enablement as well as joint marketing.
  • Drive scalability within our higher volume, lower value channels by working with Channel Operations to automate our processes.
  • Foster a culture of excellence and tightly integrate our channel and alliance strategy into our entire customer operations (Sales, Marketing, Services, Customer Success, etc.).
  • Manage and oversee of all internal change management and education of the sales organization on co-selling with partners/identifying opportunities with partners.
  • Build a clear framework for measuring success within your organization and standardized measures of success (MOS) that are aligned with the global channel organization.
  • Provide clear, concise updates to leadership regarding the program key MOS, initiatives, performance, and overall strategy.
  • Achieve and exceed sales metrics and goals for the channel and alliances organization.
  • Build a close working relationship with our Global VP, Channels & Alliances to ensure we operate consistently with our global Jamf channel strategy and programs.
