Description:

OVERVIEW

In a role that uniquely combines strategic oversight with creative leadership, the Creative Strategy Director is central to driving Foundever’s market presence and brand awareness within the U.S. This position involves dual supervisory responsibilities over both the marketing campaign managers and the creative team, overseeing the crafting and implementation of full-funnel campaigns and content that drive brand awareness, capture demand, and generate leads. The ideal candidate will bring a balance of strategic thinking and creative insight, ideally with a background in BPO, CX, or closely related fields, to steer Foundever through a transformative period in the industry.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred, will consider equivalent combination of education and experience for the right candidate.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing and creative roles, with a strong background in B2B marketing. Experience in BPO, CX, or CX Technology fields is a plus, with B2B SaaS or Consulting backgrounds also highly valued.
  • Demonstrated ability in supervising creative and strategic processes, with hands-on experience in crafting and refining marketing and creative briefs.
  • Leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams, with the ability to provide strategic and creative direction.
  • Familiarity with marketing operations, automation, tech stacks, and lead generation strategies.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of collaborating with senior executives and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the development and refinement of marketing and creative briefs, working closely with Marketing Campaign Managers and stepping in to guide or directly contribute to these documents as necessary.
  • Lead a cross-functional team, fostering collaboration between Marketing Campaign Managers, Copywriters, and Designers to produce cohesive and innovative campaigns.
  • Provide critical feedback to enhance briefs, leveraging experience in strategy and creative roles to elevate campaign and content quality.
  • Act as a key liaison and partner with the Director of Marketing Operations and Technology, ensuring the seamless production and orchestration of campaigns and content, while fully leveraging marketing technology for optimal channel activation and project management.
  • Ensures that strategies not only align with Foundever’s objectives but are also brought to life through compelling, emotionally impactful creative work.
  • Collaborate with Global Marketing to maintain brand consistency across markets, with a keen eye on adapting Global content and value propositions to fit the U.S. market’s unique dynamics.
  • Engage and consult with Sales and Account Management teams, incorporating insights and expertise into marketing strategies to optimize impact.
