HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

You will:

• Execute the strategy to ensure delivery of cash, cost and service targets in daily operations and for specific projects (innovation, productivity, supply network design)
• Build and lead a diverse, engaged and high performing organization including. Recruit, retain, engage, develop and manage talent to ensure there is a pipeline for critical positions
• Collaborate fully with internal (commercial and supply chain teams) and external stakeholders (customers and third-party providers) so objectives are met
• Ensure business goals are achieved through the effectiveness of the IBP process
• Define logistics service operational guidelines (i.e., defining guidelines, parameters, service levels and standards) in which local third-party providers operate
• Deliver process and performance excellence, looking for opportunities to continuously improve across all CS&L areas (demand planning , customization, warehousing and transportation, order-to-cash and cash-to-bill)
• Deliver the master plan to progress in the digital journey, driving agility and capability
