As the Director of Customer Success Programs, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategies to enhance customer success, product adoption & expansion, and overall satisfaction through digital channels. While not responsible for direct people management at present, your focus will be on leading cross-functional initiatives, collaborating closely with stakeholders, and driving the successful implementation of digital programs. We are seeking a visionary leader who possesses a customer-centric mindset, excels in strategic thinking, and can drive impactful digital strategies.
