Description:
POSITION SUMMARY
Under the general direction of the Chief Operating Officer the Director of Data Solutions is responsible for management and oversight of a high-quality, effective, best practices revenue cycle integrity program to ensure revenue integrity, and compliance with applicable rules and regulations and all pertaining internal policies and procedures.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; Major in Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Health Care Management, Finance, Economics; or other related fields
- Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in a health care, claims, revenue cycle, quality, compliance, audit, provider education, System/Data Analytics, or related field
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in supervisory, project management and/or managerial responsibilities required, preferably in a healthcare environment.
- Customer and Client service experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of computer skills and Microsoft Windows/Word/Excel
- Must have a working knowledge of health care documentation, coding and billing requirements and federal health care regulatory requirements.
- Ability to demonstrate broad and comprehensive knowledge of theories, concepts, practices, and policies with the ability to use them in complex and/or unprecedented situations across multiple functional areas

Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee all functions of the data team.
- Lead data team to Innovate and develop analytics and data strategies to meet business goals to address customer needs and opportunities.
- Develop repeatable processes for data to be filtered and used to find ongoing revenue opportunities for Titan’s clients.
- In collaboration with Analytics, Quality Management, Claims and others, execute on the development and management of Provider KPI dashboard reporting.
- Oversee all data migrations, data engineering and data processing.
- Lead efforts to develop scalable, innovative approaches to extracting, managing, and analyzing data from customers.
- Identify necessary data sets, and clean/prepare data for use.
- Evaluate large volumes of complex data, applying exploratory data analysis, diagnostic analysis, causal analysis, inferential statistical analysis.
- Create roadmap for implementation of data and analytics strategy, including infrastructure design and development of data models.
- Work alongside software developers, software engineers, machine learning engineers, data engineers, AI architects and subject matter experts to translate algorithms into commercially viable products and services.
- Experiment and develop/confirm hypothesis with data.
- Lead development, deployment, and application of applied analytics, predictive analytics, and prescriptive analytics.
- Offer expertise in applying data visualization techniques to tell the story of the data, leveraging data to inform decision-making, including designing and standardizing internal and external reporting.
