Responsibilities:
- In collaboration with VP Marketing & E-commerce, determines quantitative and qualitative objectives for web site and elaborates desired experience of web users.
- Develops annual and long-term plans, sales, profitability and gross margin targets based on e-commerce metrics and marketing objectives. Is responsible for reaching those targets.
- Working with media agency and/or internal media team, define measurement framework and digital metrics (e.g. site traffic, visitor paths, and conversion rates) to optimize online marketing spend.
- Development, coaching and management of online subject matter experts
- Regular meetings with teams to review results, provide recommendations for future improvements. Look for opportunities to leverage past successes and re-use technology.
- Oversee the development, management, and optimization of the organic search practice. Ensure brands leverage search practice findings and recommendations.
