Responsibilities:
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The primary responsibilities of this role include:
- Work closely with Palladium’s Global Employability and Community Services Director to develop and deliver a market entry strategy for Palladium into the Australian Employment and Human Services market
- Build a team of business development and project delivery professionals to generate growth in Palladium’s Australian
- Employment and Human Services Provision (initially this role will be supported by the UK Employability and Community Services team and their associates)
- Developing and executing a cohesive growth strategy for Employment and Human Services Provision, ensuring alignment with Palladium’s overarching strategy and vision
- Strategically managing the Australian Employment and Human Services pipeline, fostering a proactive and innovative approach to business development and utilizing your strong market knowledge and relationships to pursue new client and business opportunities. This includes:
- Establishing and reinforcing Palladium’s reputation
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities to secure commercially viable contracts
- Conducting research and analysis on client requirements
- Leading bids
- Sustaining Palladium’s BD processes and ambitious conversion rates
- Leading programme delivery of large Employment and Human Services Provision contracts including:
- Mobilizing and Delivering programmes against client expectations and in accordance with Palladium’s policies and operational procedures
- Supporting the Project Teams, both in house personnel and fixed-term consultants, to understand the client needs, set the program up for success and establish well-performing teams
- Delivering programs according to financial forecast and maintaining, or increasing, project income targets
- Managing client relationships and enhancing client trust in Palladium
- Directing and leading quality assurance initiatives across the portfolio and instituting improvement measures and innovation
- Working with other practice areas and business units to connect our thinking enabling us to provide more integrated development services and solutions
The role reports to the Global Director for Employability and Community Services. Reporting requirements include:
- Attendance at all management and team meetings and any others as required
- Weekly update calls in coordination with you supervisorA monthly management report pertaining to your key performance indicators as well as any other important areas of concern, including exception reports as and when require
