We are seeking a highly experienced and technical Director of Salesforce Delivery and Support to lead our Salesforce operations. This critical leadership role will oversee all aspects of managing the Salesforce platform for our internal operations, including architecture, development operations (DevOps), development, quality assurance (QA), and support. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and its ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, CPQ, CLM, Service Cloud, and other connected systems. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and leadership skills to work closely with business analysts, transforming business requirements into technical solutions, and serving as the escalation point for Salesforce platform support issues.

  • Oversee the Salesforce platform’s architecture, development, DevOps, QA, and support, ensuring optimal performance, quality, and adherence to best practices.
  • Lead a team of developers, QA specialists, and support staff, fostering a culture of innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions on the Salesforce platform.
  • Serve as the primary escalation manager for daily support issues on the Salesforce platform, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Develop and implement strategies for Salesforce platform optimization, leveraging best practices for performance enhancement and system stability.
  • Manage relationships with offshore teams, guiding and driving the delivery of technical solutions that meet or exceed business requirements.
  • Ensure global coverage for the Salesforce platform, providing leadership and support across different geographies and time zones.
  • Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce features, technologies, and best practices, leading the adoption of new functionalities that can benefit the organization.

What You’ll Bring::

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience on the Salesforce platform, with a comprehensive understanding of its ecosystem.
  • At least 5 years of experience leading a team of developers, QA specialists, and support teams.
  • Proven track record of managing Salesforce environments, including architecture, development, DevOps, QA, and support.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and manage teams both directly and remotely.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, capable of working closely with business analysts, stakeholders, and offshore teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to oversee technical solutions from conception through delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Architect) are highly desirable.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Salary Range:: USD $201,000.00 - USD $311,500.0
