SHORT DESCRIPTION OF THE DESIRED CANDIDATE:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director to lead our company’s ESO Management team of highly motivated and engaged people. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring and optimize the performance of our external partners and drive growth and supply performance within the external supply organization.
Responsibilities:
- You lead the global supplier management team.
- You ensure products from the CMOs as needed.
- You develop and implement practices for management of the external manufacturing organizations, including on-going contractual oversight through established Monthly Business Reviews.
- You establish strategic relationship with the third-party suppliers and act as primary contact for all business collaborations through the team.
- You implement and lead regular Deep Dive Performance Reviews with senior stakeholders of the suppliers to review the performance and identify strategies for improvements.
- You drive continuous improvement of the overall business relationship.
- You proactively identify supply risks and create strategies to avoid or minimize their impact.
- You lead the necessary activities to manage and execute risk mitigation plans.
- You ensure Cross functional coordination with the internal stakeholders, including Supply Chain, Quality, Launch and Transfer Management, Business Development and others
- You proactively review the sourcing conditions, challenge Cost of Goods and identify optimization measures.
- You ensure right implementation of the sourcing strategy (launches, Site to Site transfers; in-sourcing)
- You lead through influencing and stakeholder management.
