We are currently seeking a Director (f/m/d) Marketing Insights & Analytics - Europe & International to join our team in Berlin. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all insights & analytic activities across marketing and sales for Europe and International, to maximise campaign success and revenues for all frontline and catalogue releases.

Responsibilities:

  • Collate, analyze, interpret, and present data insights on marketing initiatives, budget allocation, repertoire performance and opportunities, consumer behavior, artist analytics, and performance of digital partners throughout the whole marketing campaign with a focus on European and international repertoire
  • Proactively initiate artist, release, label, platform, market or industry analyses and projects, providing actionable insights and recommendations to the business
  • Support the Global Marketing and Sales teams in identifying industry trends, relevant technology advancements, and commercial performance, as well as gathering global insights to enhance understanding and implement data-driven marketing strategies
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders in the business and contribute significantly to the decision-making process
  • Stay updated with shifts and developments in the digital media and streaming landscape across various partners and territories
  • Support the business in shaping the evolution of our revenue formats and service offerings. Drive improvements and changes in the market through innovation, research, and involvement in new projects
  • Analyze social and digital marketing data, establish metrics to measure KPIs, and collaborate closely with relevant departments to enhance amplify consumer engagement further
  • Act as a key contact for Senior Management and Labels on projects and ad-hoc research
