Exciting opportunity to join Box Hill Institute as our Director, Faculty of Creative, Business & Technology!
The Director, Faculty of Creative, Business & Technology will provide outstanding leadership and management of the Faculty’s programs and pathways to lead and drive educational delivery and student progression. The role will ensure high levels of stakeholder satisfaction with educational outcomes. Currently, the Faculty of Creative, Business & Technology at BHI includes Hospitality, Commercial Cookery, Horticulture, Design, Hairdressing & Beauty, Business Information Management, Management and Music.
The Director leads, fosters, and creates an enduring culture of educational excellence amongst all teaching staff and insists on continual improvement of teaching methods that enhance student satisfaction and student experience.
As a senior leader and member of the Education Delivery Leadership Team, the Director is to ensure the faculty achieves agreed student, academic, budgetary and growth objectives as effectively as possible. The Director contributes towards policies which enhance the effectiveness of the Institute as a whole, and to provide counsel to, and represent BHI accordingly.
The Director will ensure that BHI retains its pre-eminent position as a quality education provider and is a first choice for education and training. This involves establishing and maintaining productive relationships with the relevant industries, governments and relevant agencies and managing all employees involved in the program delivery.
