We are seeking out a full-time Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to join our team at Valley Fiber. This position reports to the Chief Financial Officer.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead the annual business planning and budgeting process
- Create quarterly forecasting updates
- Complete monthly presentations to include the following:
o Performance versus budget and/or forecasts
o Financial analysis
o Cash analysis
o Opportunity assessments
o Corporate metrics/KPIs
- Produce weekly cash liquidity presentations and analysis
- Any other financial reporting, planning, or analysis as needed
Who You Are:
- Minimum 10-years experience in finance and/or budgeting/forecasting
- CFA or MBA is preferred
- Valid class 5 driver’s license is required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Proficient in various accounting and finance software packages
- Demonstrated reporting and analysis experience in a
corporate/government/non-profit environment
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to transition rapidly between multiple competing priorities
- Demonstrated strength in understanding reporting user requirements, and
developing systems and processes to improve and standardize the data used
to meet these requirements
- Evaluating information being prepared, and providing feedback, observations,
and recommendations to department leaders as well as executives
- Ability to plan and schedule work flows to be able to balance role
requirements
- Ability to self-correct and evaluate one’s own work
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to interface with individuals across all levels of the company, including
the board
