This is a key management role within Global Loyalty & Partnerships in the UK leading Co-Brand Credit Card programs globally (non-U.S.). The role will own and drive IHG’s global Co-Brand growth ambition across key markets.
EXPERIENCE
- Strong grasp of Co-Brand Credit Card business and flow of financials
- Experience in Co-Brand Credit Card financial analysis
- Experience in engaging cross-functional working partnerships in a global organization.
- Strong decision making, influencing/consensus building and analytical skills with clear understanding of impact on IHG revenue goals and bottom-line.
- Strong communication skills necessary for stakeholder management and facilitation with the ability to inform as well as to gain consensus from internal and external partners, vendors and agencies.
- People management / leadership
- Demonstrated ability to drive continual improvement / change management through both process redesign, adopting best practices and applying an innovative approach to solving issues / challenges.
TECHNICAL SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE CONTINUED
- Demonstrated negotiating capability and creative thinking to develop win-win negotiating strategies as well as strategic ways to gain competitive advantage and generate additional profit through business alliances
- Demonstrated financial proficiency in order to assess and quantify the financial value of current and potential business opportunities
- Demonstrated marketing skills to maximize the value of the financial partner marketing funds
- Demonstrated ability in effectively managing stakeholders, both internally and externally
- Demonstrated project management experience in organizing, planning and executing large-scale projects from conception through implementation.
- Demonstrates effective verbal and written communication skills for the purpose of negotiating strategic partner relationships and providing information to clients, vendors, and staff.
