JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

This global role is responsible for delivering customer preference and funnel impact for the Global Imaging business of GE HealthCare through global and regional campaigns, targeted to the Radiology community. The successful candidate will develop and direct high-performing integrated global marketing programs – as well as be responsible for integrating global and regional promotional programming into one cohesive, aligned promotional plan. The role will also collect, analyze and report on all metrics (from engagement to funnel) associated with the programming. Mature leadership is critical across internal teams and functions to align on the importance of integrated planning and execution. This candidate will have people leadership responsibilities.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising, Journalism, Marketing, Communications or Business Administration OR 10+ years of experience in advertising or marketing communications at an agency/corporation.
  • Knowledge of Marketo, Salesforce, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Sitecore and other related platforms and software would be preferred.
  • Demonstrated integrated marketing expertise.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills. Experience presenting and engaging with senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop innovative and creative solutions to complex challenges.
  • Proven track record of delivery to budgets and timelines.

Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop, influence and execute high performing HCP-focused marketing programs
  • Engage with the global imaging marketing teams, and the regional imaging teams, to globally coordinate, integrate and align all customer-facing programming.
  • Collaborate with internal expert resources across the business, as well as direction/management of external firms, to meet objectives.
  • Act as a strong brand advocate to ensure adherence to the guidelines and spirit of the GE master brand strategy.
  • Use established global processes and advocate for the ongoing improvement of those processes. Develop needed processes and tools for the Global Imaging business.
  • Work closely with the analytics team to develop useful dashboards and insights tools to drive increased awareness of the customer behaviors and journey, as well as to inform the improvement of marketing programming.
  • Ensure integration of Public Relations and Internal GEHC Communications into planning, as appropriate, by working with peers in those functions.

Technology & Operations:

  • Advocate for the improvement of the existing digital ecosystem to support digital programs, through close collaboration with the digital technology team, the central digital team, the Imaging Digital Strategy and Optimization leader, and other such COEs.
  • Evaluate and leverage new channels, techniques to deploy optimally effective marketing communications strategies.

Campaign Management:

  • Activate great product and thought leadership content as part of these programs by collaborating with the Global Product Content Director, content creators and the radiology thought leadership leader.
  • Engage product marketing communications professionals and product marketers to build programs designed to achieve new product and IB success.
  • Align closely with finance, regulatory and legal to ensure compliance of all marketing communications materials
  • Monitor and report program success against established KPIs and ROI. Pivot programming as needed.
