Description:

  • Lead the Global Proposal & Application Engineering Team to support the Sales teams during the complete bidding process for Treatment projects.
  • Determine the best applicable and competitive specification / solution for customers problems / provide subject matter expertise to the sales teams with a special focus on cross selling and solution selling.
  • Support Commercial Teams to drive professional relationships with international contractors, consultants, find and propose new market opportunities.
  • Support Sales Teams with CBB procedure for multibrand, cross - border projects.
  • Lead and execute pricing strategy, especially ETO and transfer pricing (incl. pricing tools & lists)
  • Cultivate effective business relationships with the Sales Teams and develop a growth strategy with regional teams, local CT’s or business developers.
  • Support Forecast process for annual, quarterly and monthly revenue & order intake
  • Analyze growth opportunities & qualify sales leads & opportunities. Analyze Market position & Market coverage by product line and country, analyse potential gaps in the regions.
  • Develop the team, set individual targets for the team, co-ordinate and oversee the objectives and relevant action plans for team managers & ensure the team has the necessary resources to perform properly.
  • Coordinate with product management team to ensure product requirements enable system solution requirements.
  • Prepare budgets, control expenses and monitor budgets for the involved internal cost centers
  • Provide training and support to CTs to comply, maintain and enhance internal and external sales processes like e.g. DOA and QWB.
  • Support the Company in maintaining the highest possible standards of Health and Safety at Work, this in accordance with current legislation and policies laid down by the Company.
