Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

We are recruiting a Growth/Marketing Director to provide leadership across three core pillars of our Growth and Marketing activities:

  • Marketing: driving awareness and consideration within our target audience through focused outbound initiatives, beyond general brand awareness
  • Prospecting: identification, nurturing and qualification of leads
  • Pipeline management and reporting: ensuring a strong new business pipeline and keeping internal stakeholders updated.

Growth opportunities for these portfolios are supported by a global marketing team and by a globally coordinated growth team whose members work with a local, cultural or industry focus.
This role will be based in Germany and will sit within our Global Growth team, reporting to TBC and with a dotted line to the CEO, CEE. Your primary responsibility will be driving sales and marketing activity within CEE to drive the business to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual net new growth targets. The role has the opportunity to expand into other markets as business need dictates.

You’ll collaborate and hold key relationships with:

  • Global Growth team: proactively developing and aligning growth plans and initiatives, sharing status updates in weekly global calls
  • Global Marketing Team: ensuring CEE market requirements are reflected in global marketing initiatives and global marketing assets are being leveraged in effective ways, maintaining alignment with local marketing initiatives
  • Global Client Partners and Client Partnership Leads: to drive successful conversion of opportunities
  • Omnicom network: managing new business relationships within the wider Omnicom network.
