JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Go-to-Market Finance to join our dynamic team. The Director will play a pivotal role in driving financial strategies and decision-making processes that directly impact the company’s go-to-market initiatives. This position requires a strong background in detailed driver-based revenue modeling, lead conversion analysis, forecasting, commissions reporting, and influencing pricing strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in finance, with a focus on go-to-market strategy, revenue modeling, and pricing analysis.
  • Proven track record of developing detailed driver-based revenue models and forecasting methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting tools.
  • Experience in the technology industry, preferably with exposure to SaaS and hardware products.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results in a rapidly evolving market landscape.

Responsibilities:

  • Detailed Driver-Based Revenue Modeling: Develop and maintain sophisticated revenue models to forecast sales performance across hardware and software products, incorporating factors such as market demand, pricing elasticity, and competitive landscape.
  • Lead Conversion Optimization: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to analyze lead conversion metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to increase conversion rates and accelerate revenue growth.
  • Forecasting and Budgeting: Lead the forecasting and budgeting process for the go-to-market function, providing accurate and timely forecasts to support strategic planning and resource allocation decisions.
  • Commissions Reporting: Oversee commissions calculation and reporting process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with sales performance metrics and objectives.
  • Pricing Strategy: Work closely with product management and sales teams to develop and refine pricing strategies for hardware and software products, leveraging market insights, competitive analysis, and customer feedback.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to evaluate the performance of go-to-market initiatives, assess ROI, and identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, product management, and finance to align go-to-market strategy with broader company objectives and initiatives.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making and identify new growth opportunities.
