Reporting to the AVP of Compliance, Group Business, this individual will be a key member and contributor to the Group Compliance and the wider Canadian Compliance team. Leveraging an existing regulatory compliance management (RCM) program, they will be responsible for the build out, integration and maintenance of a Health Ecosystem compliance framework that will grow and evolve with the business and associated risks. This work will form the foundation of a unique compliance framework, designed to satisfy Sun Life’s need for compliance oversight but applied in the context of partnerships or ownership of entities associated with delivery of healthcare. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with knowledge of primary and virtual care, pharma regulations, and/or compliance in a healthcare setting to apply their knowledge to build an appropriate oversight model.
