JOB DESCRIPTION & SUMMARY

Our Human Resources Operations Advisory (HROA) team comprises experienced HR professionals. We offer services to support workforce transformation, transition and regulation, and enable organisations to realise the potential of their people.
As part of the wider Workforce team, strategic thinking, innovation, technical excellence, and accuracy is at the heart of everything we do. Our practice is organised to ensure the advice we provide is not just technically correct but strategically relevant, and always capable of being successfully implemented. We deliver HR operations solutions and advice, blending technical skills and strategy to advise top ASX organisations, not-for-profit companies, and private clients with spectacular results.
And our team is expanding. We’re looking for a experienced leader to drive our HROA solutions across all HR aspects of the employee lifecycle, HR function transformation, workforce strategy, and leadership development
Use the know-how and experience you’ve gained in a HR Operations Advisory role gained in either a Big 4, tier 2, or a professional service environment. With new problems to solve, you’ll have plenty of support and opportunities to grow. We work from anywhere, so your strong communication skills and team ethos will get a workout. You’ll learn plenty as you build lasting relationships as a trusted advisor using your strong client mindset across a range of industry specialisations in a workplace that’s human-led and tech-enabled.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ideally 7-10 years experience in a HR generalist, HR consulting or HR projects role
  • A minimum of 5 years experience at a Big , Tier 2, or within a professional services environment is desirable
  • Leadership development and/or L&D expertise
  • Display a client service mindset and experience dealing with clients across a range of industry specialisations
  • Creative thinker to proactively problem solve and develop engaging solutions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesise information and simplify complex content
  • Display attention to detail
  • Data and analytical skills; qualitative and quantitative
  • Project management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and build relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to coach/mentor/lead a team of professionals
  • Ability to grow revenue and market share in core solutions and developing markets
  • Most importantly, you act with integrity and show care for the people you work with

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead client engagement projects, including progress reporting, regular client meetings and ensuring compliance with internal risk and quality requirements
  • Develop and implement client deliverables, including developing recommendations, writing reports, and preparing presentations
  • Build trusted relationships with our clients, identifying needs and opportunities
  • Develop and deliver pitches and proposals for clients, reflecting your expertise of HR, Future of Work and workforce issues and trends
  • Analyse relevant client data (quantitative and qualitative) to draw out actionable insights
  • Design and deliver stakeholder engagement and consultation activities, including surveys and workshop materials and facilitating interviews and small group discussions
  • Develop and implement HROA methodologies and approaches
  • Advise clients on generalist HR matters
  • Lead research on emerging workforce and HR trends and issues to frame business development activities or thought-leadership pieces
  • Be the subject matter expert (SME) of HR professional development, workforce legislation, regulation and trends
  • Coach and mentor team members
  • Contribute to the professional development of the team
