Responsibilities:
As the Director within the HR Project team, you will manage small team of Project Managers working on key transformational initiatives across People Office functions supporting transformation initiatives on a global scale.
Key responsibilities include:
- Oversee and provide guidance to the personnel responsible for the People Office portfolio of projects. You will define and develop project/program management best practices, processes and policy to ensure alignment with corporate strategy and goals
- Partner with multi-departmental leadership and other stakeholders to locate opportunities and develop and prioritize projects according to relevant measurement criteria
- You will build and provide direction of the day-to-day operations to the PMO. The scope may include technical and non-technical programs
- Maintain the efficiency of important aspects of the project management process such as planning, scheduling, budget and risk assessment. Provide executive management with forecasts of available resources and program status
- Supervise project managers, program managers, and enablement partners to ensure all projects within the scope of the PMO are delivered within defined scope, quality, time and cost requirements
