We are seeking an experienced Director, HR to lead and oversee a team of HR Services professionals who support the broader HR organization in terms of Project Management, HR Business Process Ownership and HR Risk and Compliance. These three functions comprise our HR Transformation HUB.
As the Director, HR, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing HR strategies that align with the organization’s goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the team, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Manage and mentor a team of Project Managers, HR Business Process Owners, and HR Compliance specialists to optimize the teams’ value proposition, performance and professional growth.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR policies, programs, and initiatives that support organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
  • Drive the development and implementation of HR compliance processes and procedures to ensure legal and regulatory adherence.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture through effective communication, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
  • Act as a strategic partner in organizational change management and development initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in HR leadership roles with a focus on managing Project Managers, HR business processes, and HR Compliance functions.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, best practices, and employment laws.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all organizational levels.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing successful HR strategies.
  • Experience assessing, analyzing and resolving complicated issues, and distilling that complexity into simple and concise communication.
  • Experience with providing project support by collaborating with project teams to establish project goals across multiple projects simultaneously.
