JOB SUMMARY
The Director, HR Technology & Analytics develops an ecosystem of people, platforms, processes and partners to facilitate evidence-based people decision making for APEC’s continual growth as the world’s largest hospitality company. As a strategic and hands-on team leader, the Director manages the implementation and maintenance of Marriott’s global workforce management in APEC, oversees people data and reporting processes, and delivers actionable people insights via innovative analytical tools/techniques. In partnership with HR teams and other internal/external stakeholders, the Director orchestrates and delivers fit-for-purpose people technology and analytical outputs that support business objectives and enhance Marriott’s competitive edge as an industry leader.
