Description:
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior leaders in the APJ region predominantly in Sales, Go to Market , Marketing and Customer Experience function to understand business objectives, identify HR needs, and develop and implement strategic HR initiatives.
- Leading business and companies through multiple stages of growth and / or decline, and balancing business and people needs through these stages.
- Lead and develop a team of HR professionals in the APJ region, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance management to foster their growth and effectiveness.
- Leading through Culture and Values through language, actions, and the complete employee experience.
- Consulting on and improving the organizational design, role structure, and communication flow to align to business strategy and priorities in the region.
- Being a Subject Matter Expertise (SME) on an array of business and HR matters…and knowing when to engage with cross-functional experts within the company.
- Having working knowledge and expertise of complex business topics that influence our people strategy (examples: pension schemes, legal entity creation, Works Council engagement).
- Providing expertise and influence in organization development, including site strategy and global workforce management, as well as an understanding of how to participate in and impact Pure’s business growth strategy.
- Being a champion for data and metrics: leveraging analytics to influence business leaders and shaping direction and guidance.
- Providing change management and leadership coaching to successfully embrace opportunities of scale and growth.
- Interacting across a sophisticated global HR organization and COE’s, from Learning & Development and Talent Management to Total Rewards and People Analytics.
- Leading and Participating in company-wide talent initiatives, collaborating for global success for Pure Storage Talent Organization.
- Delivering all HR programs such as performance assessments, promotions, succession planning, and employee engagement plans with Excellence and global consistency
