Description & Requirements
Support Infor’s growth and positively influence Infor WFM competitiveness in the healthcare industry (key metrics: win rates, bookings, customer satisfaction, strategic technology partnerships, analyst reviews).

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

  • Work with product management to develop and communicate a vision for WFM in healthcare and maintain long-term product strategy. Support the prioritization of product development efforts.
  • Support sales by participating in strategic pursuits, influencing demo execution, developing enablement materials, and staying abreast of competitive intelligence.
  • Work with competitive intelligence to analyze competitors’ strategies and offerings, and develops/executes tactical efforts aligned with sales, GTM, and marketing motions to address opportunities, challenges, risks, and threats.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners and analysts to communicate our WFM vision, strategy, and solutions (part of holistic Infor healthcare messaging).
  • Work with marketing to develop thought-leadership, attend events, support the development of content to communicate the company and solution value externally.
  • Leverage Infor alliances to identify, develop, and execute initiatives to increase our reach, frequency, and yield through joint marketing, GTM, and selling activities. Where appropriate, expand efforts to include other ecosystem partners.
  • Product subject matter expertise for healthcare. Acts as a vertical champion internally, and as an external spokesperson, supporting marketing and communications needs of the business, increasing customer consideration and confidence. Provide tactical support to strategic/high priority/high potential customer opportunities, as identified by sales leadership.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry and the trends and challenges related to labor planning and tracking.
  • Related experience at various levels and departments in a hospital or health system setting.
  • Experience implementing, supporting, or maintaining enterprise technology.
  • Experience of working collaboratively across teams such as development, marketing, sales.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience and knowledge of healthcare timekeeping and scheduling systems.
  • Related experience to Nursing, Healthcare Administration, etc.

Remote role in the US (Dallas, TX, Saint Paul, MN, Alpharetta, GA)
