Description:

SCOPE

The Director of IT is responsible for overseeing and managing the company’s information technology team include Project & Integrations, Help Desk and Business Analytics teams. Reporting to the Vice President of Finance and Administration, the Director plays a key role in the strategic planning, execution, and success of IT strategies, ensuring alignment with the business objectives, optimizing resources, compliance and safeguarding the organization’s digital assets.

REQUIREMENTS, EXPERIENCE AND CONSIDERATIONS

  • Post Secondary educations specializing in Information Technology or related program
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in IT including 5+ years of experience in a Supervisory/Management role
  • Knowledge of IT software (web, programming, support, software/hardware)
  • Expert knowledge on Microsoft Office 365
  • Knowledge of hardware and Telephony/VOIP
  • Strong understanding of database architecture and business intelligence
