YOUR PROFILE

• 10+ years of experience in IT areas of Infrastructure, Partner Integration and Data Platform functions including experience in developing strategic plans through innovative approaches to IT-related strategy, governance, infrastructure and services.
• 5+ years of experience in a leadership position with international exposure with experience in managing cross functional teams or projects, influencing senior level management and key stakeholders.
• Experience leading IT projects and programs.
• Experience in provider management and IT Contracting.
• Master’s Degree or equivalent in the field of Computer Science, information systems, business administration or related fields.
• Fluent English language skills.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As Director IT Infrastructure you are responsible for developing and implementing the IT strategy for infrastructure, partner integration and data platform of MISUMI Europa GmbH. Become part of our multinational team with around 300 employees from more than 33 different nationalities in Europe. Diversity is our strength! YOUR TASKS WILL FOCUS ON THE FOLLOWING ACTIVITIES:

• Develop and implement the MISUMI IT strategy for Infrastructure, Partner Integration and Data Platform.
• Drive strategic and operational governance processes in your area in alignment with Director Digital Transformation, CISO and CDO.
• Coordinate and facilitate consultation with stakeholders to define business and systems requirements for new technology implementations.
• Continue to reinforce & develop the MISUMI business partnering model, interact with internal and external customers to ensure continuous customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for the appropriate and cost-effective investment of financial resources in IT systems and resources, including staffing, sourcing, procurement and provider management.
• Promote and oversee strategic relationships between internal IT resources and external entities.
• Develop and reinforce IT Security Program to face new challenges cyber-attacks, mobility, Cloud computing, etc. in strong alignment with MISUMI´s Chief Information Security Officer.
