Responsibilities:

  • Providing legal and corporate governance advice
  • Drafting and finalising content that is the responsibility of the Company Secretary for Board and Committee meetings
  • Project managing key corporate events (e.g. AGM)
  • Preparing/coordinating public disclosures (e.g. Corporate Governance Statement, periodic reporting)
  • Establishing and embedding processes to comply with legislation/regulations
  • Automating and managing governance processes
  • Coordinating external advisers
