• Act as the key account manager, developing client relationships based upon partnership and trust
• Work closely with the Linesight team to lead a program style engagement and deliver Cost Management/Project Controls services.
• Use your business development skills to engage new clients as well as repeat projects with existing clients
• Oversee key strategic client projects
• Apply your wealth of project management experience to achieve all project deliverables within contract performance measures
• Optimise projects costs, time schedules and logistics through effective use of value engineering
• Expertly negotiate contract terms and agreements with external clients and partners
• Foster top performance and growth for your employees via excellent mentorship and leadership
• Lead your team to deliver impeccable quality and client valueReport to and engage with Regional Senior Management on both tactical and strategic actions
