• Manage the business relationship with customer, building strong relationships with senior stakeholders. Managing expectations and feedback
• Virtual Management/Development/Coaching of an off-site team
• Deliver outcomes that exceed the needs of Senior Stakeholders
• Ensure consistent analyst processes and service level across accounts.
• Review/Creation/Improvement/Implementation of processes across all categories of the customer service, ensuring continuous improvement of the service
• Understanding new process requirements and executing process change.
• Holding workshops/coaching sessions with customer
• Virtual training of new Algo resources
• This role may include managing a department for Inventory Management
• This role may include coaching for customer Planning Teams
• This role may include project management of small projects
• This is an on-site role based at the customer office
