Director, Marketing Planning & Enablement - Asia Pacific
The Hilton Marketing & Loyalty team brings to life the unique promise of our portfolio of brands by defining, creating, and delivering exceptional multi-channel marketing campaigns designed to drive business results and engaging our customers through our industry award-winning Hilton Honors program.

Responsibilities:

  • Real passion for working across marketing functions including brand marketing, retail, regional marketing, CRM, analytics, and channels.
  • Creative application of analytical and critical thinking to identify areas for improvement and opportunities to grow the business.
  • Excellent project management skills with experience managing large-scale programs, projects and campaigns.
  • Experience in defining and driving transformation initiatives for complex organizations including, organization change and workflow management, technology implementation, and operational excellence.
  • An aptitude for motivating and inspiring cross-functional teams.
  • Strong ability to collaborate and influence others in a complex, global organisation.
  • Proven experience in online and offline marketing tactics and multi-channel, customer-centric marketing.
  • Confident communication of ideas to senior executive and owner audiences

To fulfil this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:

  • Seven (7) years of professional experience
  • Experience in project management having constructed plans that are demonstrable in understanding critical path and task dependencies
  • Solid understanding of marketing resource management and marketing automation tools
  • Travel - up to 20
