WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for a passionate, innovative, and collaborative leader with a track record of success scaling complex sales and marketing programs to accelerate our leadership position as the wireless provider of choice for newcomers to Canada. This key role is at the heart of our success as a wireless provider, connecting new Canadians to their loved ones around the world.
As a business owner, this individual will support a cross-functional team by defining their vision and roadmap, and is accountable for delivering leading market share of newcomers. To be successful in this role, the individual must be outcome-driven, have passion for supporting the newcomer journey, and be skilled at championing a cause across a complex matrix organization. Beyond leading their cross-functional team, this individual needs to work closely with many partners, including sales, base management, and product management.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for delivering leading market share of newcomers.
  • Develop marketing programs and commercial policies that support the newcomer journey.
  • Execute newcomer paid media campaigns and refine our newcomer digital journey
  • Coach, develop and support a cross-functional team of 12 individuals leveraging agile marketing methodologies
  • Work closely with other agile business owners, with a special emphasis on working closely with Wireless and Residential retention teams, and Residential acquisition marketing to realize synergies between teams that deliver our KPIs, improve customer experience and address customers needs
  • Be the voice of newcomers to provide insights that shape overall business strategy
  • Conduct iterative sprint cycles with relentless prioritization to optimize short term and mid-term business impact and also ensure a healthy backlog (2 sprints worth of tests/stories ready for refinement) based on data driven insights and hypotheses
  • Collaborate closely with marketing technology partners to prioritize and optimize new marketing capabilities
